Out to Lunch

Written by Seijoutai Priire/Sailor Asteroid

"I'm so hungry that I could eat an entire bantha. All by myself!"

Considering the girl making the statement was small enough to be eaten by a bantha, it's no wonder the other girl laughed.

It didn't even faze the little girl. "An' I always get left at home! When Kirin left the first time, she left me! And now they went all off and they left me again!" She pouted, her big blue eyes filling up with tears.

"Aisu," the only other girl in the place said with a smile. "They left me too."

Aisu pouted even harder. "You always get in trouble, Priire! Ippin said she can't take you anywhere cause you blow things up!"

"Hey. I resemble that remark!"

The little blue haired girl didn't get the joke. She just pouted some more. "I'm hungry! I want something to eat!"

Priire had her head stuck in the fridge by now. "There isn't anything. Annika ate the last of the cookies. Ippin ate the last of the ice cream. Kairiku ate all of the vegetables. Riko ate the dumplings. Solai ate the soup. Audra ate the chocolate bars. Souru ate the pizza. Chakra even ate Zyta's casserole. There is nothing to eat in the whole place!"

"Nothing?? We're gonna starve!" Aisu wailed.

"No way! We'll just go out to a restaurant, and on our way back, we'll restock the place."

The made the little girl happier. The pair got their jackets and started walking to the closest restaurant they could find — Burger Monarch.

Someone had come up with the great idea of putting Sailor Jedi Limited Edition Action Figures in the Kid's Meals at Burger Monarch. Aisu was thrilled when she opened hers and found that it was Sailor Hoth — and when you pressed the button on the back, the jewel on her tiara and bow lit up.

Priire had begged, bribed, and threatened the employees to sell her the Sailor Asteroid and Sailor Yavin action figures. To her amusement, the Yavin figure spun her Time Staff around, and the Asteroid figure had stars in her hands that lit up. She laughed herself almost to tears beating the Asteroid figure with the Time Staff.

Aisu loved the Hoth figure. She even tried to feed it french fries. Unfortunately, someone else had heard about the Sailor Jedi figurines. And they had also heard that it was only Sailor Jedi figures... and not Sailor Sith.

"I am Sailor Sith Eimin! And because you left we Sailor Sith out of your little figurines, I have permission to destroy this place!"

Gasps came from al the patrons. Eimin sealed off the doors so no one could escape. "You're going to pay for leaving me out!"

"Not if we can help it."

Everyone turned to see the source of the new voice. Leaning nonchalantly against the wall with on foot up on it was a familiar figure and smaller figure. Because they were right between Sailor Coruscant and Sailor Naboo on the life-sized poster, they looked almost like they were part of it. That illusion changed when the little blue-haired Sailor spoke. "You're trying to take away all the happiness that those figures can bring to people. As a Sailor Jedi, I can't allow that! For the purity of Hoth, I'm Sailor Chibi Hoth!"

"By the power of the stars, I'm Sailor Asteroid. And I won't let you destroy this place."

Eimin didn't look impressed. The crowd was, however. They started clapping and cheering. She shot them a Sithy look. "Black Death Lightning!" she screeched.

"Hoth Snowballs Bounce!' Chibi Hoth responded, showering the Sith in cottony snowballs. Eimin was buried in a pile of them.

The Sith growled something unkind and started to unbury herself. "These are cold!" she complained.

"This is not," Sailor Asteroid responded. "Starfire Surround!"

The Sith screamed and created herself a bolthole just before the handful of fiery stars reached her. They hit the snowballs, and both attacks dissipated.

"All right!" Chibi Hoth yelled, give Asteroid a high five.

A little girl walked up to the tall Sailor and her shorter sidekick. "Please... can you sign this?"

Asteroid got down on her knees so she was at the child's level. "Sure." She took the pen and signed across the figure's skirt. Asteroid was busy for a long time signing figures. When she looked over, she saw that some people were getting Chibi Hoth to sign the Hoth figures. Asteroid gave everyone a roguish grin. "We've got to go now," she explained. "It's been great!"

Priire and Aisu were on their way home with bags of food and their figurines. "I wonder how we're gonna explain that one?" Aisu puzzled.

"Why explain it? If anyone asks, I'll bop em with the Time Stick!" Both of them laughed as the Yavin figurine spun the Staff around.

"Wow. This is so much fun! I never want to go anywhere again!" Aisu giggled.

Priire grinned. This was why she loved little people. She reached over and ruffled Aisu's hair. "You'll want to, trust me."

Aisu shrugged and giggled again.
